Vision
The vision of Escuela Vida y Esperanza is to provide a quality education with a strong emphasis on the Bible and sharing the gospel with students and their families throughout the community of Santa Lucia Milpas Altas.
Mission
The mission of Vida y Esperanza is to integrate a Christian worldview in the areas of academics, Christ like character, Bible study, Health, Hygiene, and Dental care. Our long term goal is to disciple students through Christian education and also to increase their skills for better employment opportunities by including computer education and English classes in the curriculum.
News & Prayer Requests
- Pray for wisdom for Walfe Estrada as he leads the school and is looking for a vice principal to help share the burden of the administration of the school
- Pray for Jennifer May and Steve Hinkeldey who will join our staff for the 2007 school year.
- Pray that God will provide us sponsors for the over 100 students at our school who still need monthly sponsorship.
- Pray for us as we are looking to hire experienced Christian teachers who share the same vision of the school.
- Pray for the finances to finish on-going construction program at our school. We currently need to purchase an additional piece of land to build a drainage system for the bathrooms.
- Pray that we would be a shining light for the Lord in Santa Lucia.
