A Little Bit About Me:

I grew up in small towns in Wisconsin. In 1963 I married Ronald Drachenberg. We farmed in rural Arena and were involved in church and community services. I worked as a secretary for Arena Elementary for 13 years and then as a secretary for River Valley High School principal for 13 years, retiring in August 2004.

Our Calling:

Ron and I had the privilege to go to Guatemala in January 2004 to work on the new school in Santa Lucia. What a wonderful and special time we had working there. Six weeks after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer Ron went to his home in heaven on April 21, 2004. Guatemala was on our hearts and always will be. I am so thankful that God has given me the opportunity to work for Mission Impact.

Prayer Requests and Praises:

• That I adjust to being a widow.
• Safe travel for the Wisconsin team going to Guatemala in February to add a second story on the school in Santa Lucia. Safety at the worksite and that much would be accomplished.
• Praise for the support of my family and Christian friends during this time.

• Praise for the opportunity to do clerical work for Mission Impact.
